COACHING vs. THERAPY

Therapists are experts in medical and behavioral sciences. Trained to treat diagnose-able conditions.

Coaches work with clients who want a detached partner to help them evolve and enhance their lives.

A coach holds clients accountable for what they
want to create and achieve.

Coaching is not advice giving.

Coaches use personal disclosure as a tool to help and challenge their clients.

Coaching is not appropriate as front-line support
for individuals suffering from chronic depression, anxiety, neurosis or addiction.

A Good Coach:
-  Reminds their clients of their own infinite wisdom
-  Helps clients come to their own conclusions

-  Encourages clients to see from new perspectives
